Refund Policy
When refunds are available for My Ein Registry services and how to request a cancellation.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. If anything here differs from the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions govern.
1. Cancellation Before Submission
Refunds are only available if you request cancellation before our specialists submit your applications for processing.
2. After Submission
Once your applications have been submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail, all sales are final and refund requests will be denied.
3. Reference 101 Error
If your application results in a Reference 101 error, we will provide next-step instructions via email or fax.
If we are unable to obtain your EIN due to a Reference 101 error, you will receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee, issued the following business day with email confirmation.
4. Chargebacks
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks for orders where services were fulfilled.
