BY OPTING IN TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES FROM My Ein Registry, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE SMS/TEXT MESSAGES REGARDING YOUR REQUESTED SERVICES, APPLICATION STATUS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, OPERATIONAL NOTICES, AND, ONLY IF SEPARATELY AUTHORIZED, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS.

My Ein Registry (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides SMS/text message communications to help customers receive service updates, order notifications, reminders, support-related information, and other communications related to services requested through our website.

1. SMS Program Description

My Ein Registry may send SMS/text messages to customers who provide consent to receive text messages from us.

Our SMS program may include transactional, operational, customer support, and service-related messages regarding EIN / Tax ID applications, Annual Renewal Services, corporate document preparation, DBA / trade name paperwork, order confirmations, application status updates, reminders, corrections, and service completion notices.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send promotional or informational text messages about our services.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize My Ein Registry to send SMS/text messages to the number provided.

Consent may be provided through our website forms, checkout page, application page, customer service interaction, written authorization, or another consent method made available by us.

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

My Ein Registry is a third-party filing and document preparation service.

Users may visit IRS.gov and complete an EIN application free of charge on their own.

We are not affiliated with the IRS, Social Security Administration, U.S. Department of Treasury, or any government agency.

13. Changes to This SMS Policy

We may update this SMS Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued participation in our SMS program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Policy.
